Faculty Testing Resources

Online test requests using the Internet must be submitted online. Use the forms below to submit your requests.

Submit a Testing Center Service Request
Send complete information about your proctored tests and exams to each Testing Center.
NOTE: The login page will ask for your NetID. The NetID is equal to your MyRecords/Lone Star College-Online/Vistausername.
The password can be either your Lone Star College-Online Vista password or your Lone Star College System e-mail password.
